The Platform:

• Facilitates information listing and discovery of Acharyas.
• Allows Acharyas to post and promote their services, qualifications, schedules, and related content.
• Provides a medium for Users to engage with Acharyas directly for learning purposes.

Disclaimer: The Company is an aggregator and technology facilitator. We do not vet, endorse, or certify the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any Acharya’s services. Any engagement between Users and Acharyas is undertaken at their own risk.

To access certain features, Users and Acharyas may be required to register and provide Personal Information such as:

• Full Name, Gender, Photo, Email ID, Phone Number, Address, and Date of Birth.
• For minors, consent from a parent/guardian including their email ID is mandatory.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as required.

License and Access

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non- commercial purposes.

The Company reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any User or Acharya, without notice, in its sole discretion.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You shall not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit the content for commercial purposes;
• Use any content without express prior written consent from the Company;
• Infringe on any trademark, copyright, or proprietary rights.

Any “User Content” posted by Acharyas shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Company. By submitting such content, You irrevocably assign all rights, including moral rights, for worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free use by the Company.

You agree not to post or transmit any content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive;
• Infringes on third-party rights or promotes illegal activities;
• Contains viruses or harmful code;
• Solicits financial donations, spam, or bulk advertising;
• Violates any applicable laws or these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to remove or moderate any content at its sole discretion and report illegal content to authorities.

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You further agree not to:

• Circumvent or disable Platform security;
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
• Share credentials or access with others;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• The Company shall not be liable for any conduct, representations, or omissions of any Acharya.
• The Platform and its Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its Founder, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and third-party service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Content submitted or posted by You;
• Any interaction or transaction with any Acharya or User.

You authorize the Company to engage third-party service providers for communication, data storage, marketing, or operational support. The Company is not liable for any dispute between You and such providers.

You further authorize cold calls or SMS communications, even if your number is registered on DND.

The Company may suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Platform without notice if:

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes shall constitute Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account by ceasing to use the Platform and requesting deletion of your data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, and resolved as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. The Company may assign its rights at its sole discretion.
• Waiver: No waiver by the Company of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
